International factoring is a comprehensive financing service integrating commercial goodwill survey, pressing collection of account receivables, credit risk control and trade financing mutually provided by CEB to the import factor (the factor who enters into an agreement with CEB in the country where the debtor locates) when the exporter sells goods to the importer in the form of open account (O/A) and document against acceptance (D/A).
