As of September 29, 2007, the deposits of the Banking Department of the Head Office of China Everbright Bank exceeded RMB100 billion to RMB105.8 billion, becoming the first branch of China Everbright Bank with deposits of more than RMB100 billion and overfulfilling the annual plan ahead of time.
Since the beginning of the year, the Banking Department enhanced the infrastructure construction for corporate deposit services according to the guidelines of ˇ°Fulfill the Objectives, Promote Adjustment, Build Team, Nourish Environment, Develop Product, Highlight Project and Segment Management Responsibilityˇ±, and robustly boosted the long-term development of deposit business by innovation of management and marketing styles. The Banking Department of the Head Office took the marketing of key customers as an important approach to boost deposit growth, and enhanced the marketing of property maintenance fund account, financial business, short-term financing bonds, enterprise annuities and corporate wealth management products to optimize and expand the deposits volume and promote the development of corporate deposit. Meanwhile, the Banking Department held various marketing activities on the theme of Sunshine Wealth Management products, e.g. strengthening the trainings for personal customer managers, establishing wealth management counters and centers, promoting advertising publicity, holding wealth management lectures, conducting off-outlet marketing, holding new product launch meetings, which greatly facilitated the development of savings deposit in the Banking Department. |
